Early access privacy information

Updated 10 September 2026

This page describes the current MoverPro foundation release. It will be expanded before live store connections and migrations launch.

What this release stores

We store your name, email address, a salted password hash, workspace name, store profile details, migration drafts, session records, and workspace activity events. Temporary authentication attempt records are used to limit repeated sign-in attempts. Server logs can contain IP addresses and request paths.

What these details are used for

These details provide account access, keep your workspace separate from other accounts, save your plans, and help operate the service. Store credentials, customer exports, payment details, and live store records are not requested in this release. Do not include credentials or customer data in names or URLs.

Sessions and services

The application uses an HTTP-only session cookie that expires after seven days. Signing out revokes that session. Changing your password revokes previous sessions. Pages request fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to serve those requests. The application does not embed analytics or advertising scripts.

Retention and controls

Drafts and store profiles remain saved until you remove them in the application. Account and activity records remain while the account exists. Expired sessions and authentication attempt records are cleaned up during authentication activity. Account deletion, automatic retention controls, and a dedicated privacy request channel are not yet available in the interface. Backup and server log retention are governed by server operations and are not configured by this application.

Before live migrations

Operator contact details, a complete privacy policy, credential and migration data retention periods, and data deletion procedures must be finalized before this service accepts live store credentials or customer exports.
